The Southcrest Project Area includes a variety of land uses, including 75% of residential properties; 9% of commercial land; 5% of business park facilities; 6% of park space; and 5% of open space.
Southcrest Streetlights – 73 Mid-block lighting throughout the project area. 22 of which are pole attached and will be installed first. The expected timeframe for the installation of the 22 pole attachments are pending. Street Division is awaiting approval from SDG & E for the submitted evaluations.
