Development Description:
Dorothy Petway Park is Phase I of a two phase park project. Phase II, is currently in the design process and is located just south of Las Chollas Creek in the same general area of Southcrest. Phase II will connect with Dorothy Petway Park and further heal the Southcrest community from the scar of the rescinded 252 Highway Corridor. SEDC has contributed an additional $1.6 million for the design and construction of the new park.
