Development Description:
The 54th & Market Street Industrial site is adjacent to Las Chollas Creek and was partially raised from the 100-year floodplain as a result of the work completed upstream at the Valencia Business Park. Development of the site includes removal of the remaining portion of the site from the 100-year flood-plain. The widening of Market Street and the installation of sidewalk, curb and gutters provides an improved urban edge.
