SEDC has  corporate policies that strictly regulate its contracts for professional and technical consultant services and public works construction. SEDC is also regulated by its policies for purchasing supplies and materials from vendors. Professional services are solicited through the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP) process. Public bids are conducted through the lowest bidder guidelines. Vendors are also selected by lowest bid.
